Self referrals are welcome, you do not need a GP referral prior to session, unless you want to claim medicare rebates.

Please check with your insurance company as to the amount you can claim. 

 

Medicare Rebates

 

Medicare rebates are accessed with a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from either a general medical practitioner or a psychiatrist. The rebate is limited to 10 sessions per calendar year and only available with a valid referral. Please note the maximum number of sessions per referral is 6 and an additional 4 may be provided after a reassessment from your referrer.

We offer a Free 15 Min phone consultation. This allows you to ask questions, get a feel for the approach and therapeutic Alliance.

 

Face-to-face is available on a Tuesday and Telehealth on a Thursday.

Our fees are well below what is recommended by the AAPi, because we value your overall wellbeing.
